We also believe that food is medicine. The "food as medicine" philosophy recognizes the critical role that nutrition plays in promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting overall well-being. By prioritizing whole, nutrient dense foods, individuals can harness the healing power of food to optimize their health.

However, our greens are not just for chefs and restaurants. Our goal is to provide health conscious individuals with the same high quality greens to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

We believe that by applying technology and innovation we can contribute to a decentralized, hyper-local food source that increases supply chain resilience while providing the freshest, healthiest food available in the most sustainable way.

We practice clean and sustainable farming that allows us to produce up to 6 tons of greens per year using less than 5 gallons of water per day.

We strongly believe in the importance of knowing where your food comes from and how it was nurtured. Track & trace from seed to sale and supply chain traceability is a core tenant of our operations.
