Culinary Artistry
At Oasis we believe chefs are creative artists that use the plate as a canvas. We enable chefs to craft menu items and recipes with the freshest and most unique ingredients that help differentiate from the competition. We ensure year round product consistency and flavor by hydroponically growing in a climate controlled environment. Say goodbye to seasonality and hello to rarely available, high quality raw ingredients!
- Unique and rarely available ingredients
- Premium quality & flavor
- Year round consistency & availability
- Grown and tailored to chefs requirements
Farm to Table
We also believe that food is medicine. The "food as medicine" philosophy recognizes the critical role that nutrition plays in promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting overall well-being. By prioritizing whole, nutrient dense foods, individuals can harness the healing power of food to optimize their health.
However, our greens are not just for chefs and restaurants. Our goal is to provide health conscious individuals with the same high quality greens to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Sustainability
We believe that by applying technology and innovation we can contribute to a decentralized, hyper-local food source that increases supply chain resilience while providing the freshest, healthiest food available in the most sustainable way.
We practice clean and sustainable farming that allows us to produce up to 6 tons of greens per year using less than 5 gallons of water per day.
We strongly believe in the importance of knowing where your food comes from and how it was nurtured. Track & trace from seed to sale and supply chain traceability is a core tenant of our operations.

Our Big Vision
We're not stopping at lettuce and leafy greens. Our vision for sustainably sourced food includes fruit, eggs and beef.
It will take a while to get there but with your support our journey will be possible. Imagine a full dinner plate that is sourced locally and includes fruit from an orchard, farm fresh eggs, and regenerative beef.
Agriculture is our wisest pursuit, because it will in the end contribute most to real wealth, good morals, and happiness."
Thomas Jefferson
3rd President of the United States of America
We have neglected the truth that a good farmer is a craftsman of the highest order, a kind of artist.
Wendell Berry
Writer
The farmer is the only man in our economy who buys everything at retail, sells everything at wholesale, and pays the freight both ways.
John F. Kennedy
35th President of the United States of America
What's on our Plate?
Our goal is to provide a full plate of sustainably sourced ingredients for a complete meal. Our plate consists of the following key ingredients:

Greens
We're preparing the land for a container farm that will provide fresh greens and microgreens year round!

Eggs
The price of eggs can be volatile and the increased risk of avian flu can jeopardize large scale commercial flocks. We take great care in keeping our chickens clean and healthy with lots of love.

Fruit
We're excited to break ground soon on the new orchard. Apples, pears, peaches, figs, and more will provide plenty of fresh fruit to enjoy.
Explore Our Projects
We have a multi-year phased roadmap to build out the farm to support our overall vision. The three key phases will begin in 2023. Check out our projects and get a status update.
